Is my fellow of a strange, unsound mind person?

He said he would like his skin tanned and he baths two times a day! He hath been cursed and need be treated in Bedlam.
For a humble opinion of I, bathing is detrimental to health. Although I bath only once a month, I hath got a cold from bathing but two times a day... I was struck by that.
