What would you think here?

Nanny has arthritis. She is 36 years old and has crohns also. My DH sees her 99% of the time but I just never told him about the arthritis. Slipped my mind I guess.
Anyway, today DH went to collect her and the kids. She told him her knee was too sore to get in and out of the car and that she would prefer to walk. He now thinks she just didn't want to be in the car with him. Should I explain the arthritis or is it not my place to do so ?
Given that he is involved with her as her employer, I think he deserves to understand the situation. If Nanny has expressed a desire to keep the information private, ask her for permission to share it with him, or ask her to explain to him.

36 is awfully young to have arthritis
Of course you should tell him about the arthritis. How do you even question that?

Doesn’t seem particularly confidential to me tbh 🤷‍♂️

I just thought she might want it kept quiet
