@PoetryNEmotion Night shifter here too - and in the same profession as I recall from EP so I get it. But I love my coffee.
@LadyBronte No, my friend. I changed careers. Had to. Blessings to you.

@PoetryNEmotion I hope you are happy in your new career. I will be done shortly as well.
@LadyBronte It is a job. I get to work alone. After decades and decades of people, working alone is so satisfying. I have a few years to go until retirement so I am hanging in there. We will make it. I see so many people staying in horrible working conditions because they have seniority and just want to mske it to retirement. In healthcare, these people are so unhappy, bitter, angry, and/ or depressed. It is sad. More than sad. There should be more and better choices for people nearing retirement age. I make a lot less money now, but my happiness is greater. Have a fine day!

@PoetryNEmotion I've seen the same thing. It is terrible to watch. I didn't want to get to that point, but was definitely headed that way. I agree with you - there should be better options for retirement age. And...money isn't everything. Less stress is so more attractive than a high salary, at least for me. I wish you well in your current career.
