Mixture of zeal, fun and seriousness
My next post will be a chronological list of all my Asian films up to the current time
I have just started this list, and will be completed before the next order ( 5 months). I post too much about the same ole same ole, and it's all i feel like posting, so this idea therefore will narrow the focus to a razor sharpness, and to show how serious i take it, each day where nothing new is posted will be a testament.
My last words till that culmination post will be this
ALL good releases of Asian films no matter what they are is desired for the overall collection. If it's not OOP, and at a reasonable price, i will get to it if i live long enough. For a normatized year, 200 films should be gotten, the math is like this
a monthly budget of 700
an average price of 40 for each
200 a year.
But 2022 wasn't a normal year, 2023 will be the first normal one.
Oh i wish i could speak poetically, then i'd start a massive outbreak of esteem for Asian cinema, and sales would skyrocket, thus making the major companies to release what was never available to west before.
