What's the one skill everyone needs ?

Honesty. Like I found $1,000.00 in a wallet (donated with clothing) where I work and I immediately turned it in. The result? Anyone that was told about it had all sorts of nefarious things to say about it had they found it. People are so skeezy and dishonest. I hate it.
