Who is here for something serious...? Love can be found in a strange place.

The guy i was falling in love with and talking to is acting different because there's been rumors about me that I've been talking to many guys which I haven't. I've confronted him about this but he's still acting different, what should I do?

Give him space, but nothing else out of the ordinary. He could have asked you if he was concerned, but he didn't. And he should know pretty girls will attract the attention of several guys. That's not your fault. Is the guy too insecure to deal with some competition? It hurts I know, and causes lots of anxiety but you are a catch. He should man up!

If her never asked you to officially be his girlfriend, then he has no ground to stand on in wanting exclusivity. "If he liked your finger he should have put a ring on it"...

Love vs infatuation, do some soul searching to see if it's really love and if it is, I would at least try and do Zoom or FaceTime. Just some ideas.

Fuck him off, if he doesn’t trust you now he never will. You will be wasting your emotional well-being on someone who is not committed to you in the same degree
Is he in your real life? Or is he only online.
There is no sense in talking to other men. It does not mean you’re about to be unfaithful.

just be you
he'll either trust you and accept you or he won't
either way - you can't change him

I wouldn't think of this as a dating site. The love felt here isn't the same as IRL.
Where did he hear the rumors? From many women??

Who is starting these rumors and why? That needs to be addressed. As well as why he’s believing them. Otherwise he will turn flaky at any moment whenever anyone says anything about you, and he won’t be reliable.
