Why can't we normalize celebrating other peoples success?

😐 So many people HATE it when someone they know announces a success that recently happened to them... Is it really that hard?

People find a way to make it weird. Like I have a co-worker that says good morning to me maybe just under 10 times within an hour or two. I stop replying back after the second time and people are like why don't you say good morning to your co-workers?
