Here in Louisiana tonight a lot of households had gumbo due to all the rain we are catching from Hurricane Harvey. My husband after 3pm went to go pick up a jar of roux & he got one of the last jars left on the shelf. They were almost out of rice too. We had chicken & shrimp gumbo.
