I'm currently working through my recovery steps from porn addiction, with the help of sex addiction self-help literature, vipassana and a SAA group, and uncovering 37 yrs of depression and sadness, that i used porn to escape from. My dustbin is still full of used tissues, except now they're only stained with tears. i don't know how much longer i can keep this up before i end my life as a way out of this mess.
