He has always been aware of the expectations his parents have of him, and he has risen beautifully to become the kind of man they dreamed of having as their heir. A stoic, rather pensive man, Rodolphus always considers all of his options before acting, unless it involves defending his pride–he is quick to react when he feels personally insulted. He is accustomed, as well, to people obeying him without question; if they do not, he at times enjoys playing the bully to teach them their place. He discovered early that this tactic never works on his wife, who is too independent to ever submit to him and resents his attempts. However, Rodolphus enjoys their partnership, finding Bellatrix to be delightfully adept at Dark magic and passionate about the same things he is. In Rodolphus’ opinion, he has little in life to complain about, except for the continued existence of Mudbloods.[/code][/center]
