Retired cab driver, military before that. Into physical fitness, was a competitive power lifter for many years, now I just enjoy training and helping others in the gym, other interests include hiking, and cycling, usually do Ben Nevis and Snowdon once a year. I enjoy foreign holidays, getting a suntan, and generally relaxing on the beach. I have three grown up children, and six grandchildren with one more on the way shortly.
