If you've talked to MommaMaddie on here, I'm the MrRobert that she talks about. I'm a male Nanny for 5 young ladies here in Arizona. The parenting philosophy that we use in the house is being very loving but also very strict as well. We believe in treating a teen/child based on behavior rather than their physical age. Looking forward to meeting lots of people on here, but instead of just firing off questions about how we discipline, at least introduce yourself first, I feel its common courtesy to explain who you are before starting a conversation
