@SW-User It represents a few things, first it's what I was physically feeling like at the time I drew it. I have what's called cluster migraines from a head injury and that day it was like the side of my head was exploding outward with every beat of my heart. Then there is the anxiety and shattered emotional feelings that were hitting from depression.
