I've driven by New Bedford many times because it's on the way from where I grew up to where I went to college. But honestly, I don't think I stopped there even once ever.

Nantucket on the other hand! Oh my gosh, I could draw you a map. I love it there. Life is different, slower, more peaceful. It's about thirty miles off the south coast of the Cape; just the right distance: close enough to get to if you really want to, far enough to keep most people away. 🙂

I love places like that. There’s some around where I am. I tend to be introspective and I love being in areas that reflect that. Nantucket sounds like such a place.

Nantucket is the kinda place where you drop anchor, row to shore, and then spend hours strolling one street after another looking in little art galleries. 😌
