I don't like to consider myself religious because most religion seems to be about rituals and rules, and I believe in relationship with a personal God. That's important to me.
Aside from that, I'm a mom of three adult kids, two moved out and I expect to be an empty nester before long. Motherhood has been the centre of my self identity, so it could be hard.
