Hi! I’m your typical mid western Mama who loves God, family, and America. Very traditional. Though I own my own business and can be a bossy CEO type A, the moment I walk in the door at home my husband reminds me of who I really am (a child of God, a Christian wife and Mom of 3) and keeps me grounded as needed. Yes, sometimes that means he paddles my bottom! I let him. And though we have ups and downs we have a wonderful marriage.
My hobbies include kayaking, weight training, hiking, running, fishing, gardening and harvesting, and recently freezing/canning our own food for my family! Fun, but a lot of work. Thus my profile picture. In my free time there’s nothing I love more than stripping off my corporate dress clothes and sliding into my broken in denim overalls, hair braided back sometimes donning a sun hat, and spending the afternoon gardening. Ahhh getting ones hands dirty is so relaxing. Away from people and noise.
My weakness is getting sassy and bratty, and disrespectful at times unfortunately. A “I know more than you” attitude. I am ambitious and tend to bite off more than I can handle. But I’m learning to seek God for guidance ☺ and keep my priorities in line. Hubby reminds me as needed.

Oh yah- and I spend way too much online shopping. (Wayfair must be run by the devil himself.) Something I also get bent over the knee for, though I’m surprised it’s not more often! What hubby doesn’t know…
