Randomizer ['Randy', for short] comes from a version of our world where islands float, cities walk, deserts sing, oceans travel with a mind of their own, and creatures of unimaginable sorts are abound. Her world is like this due to something that is known only as 'The Random', and somehow 'randomly', Randy found herself at the heart of this force and became imbued with all it's potential.
Her power is essentially energy projection that can cause any multitude of things to happen; firing a stream of rubber duckies, turning people's hair purple [she has a mauve cat with blue spots], causing mood swings, bringing inanimate things to life; you get the idea; random results. She has no control over what effect her powers will have, but at least has the consistent ability of flight and can usually channel her energy at a specific target. Because she's powered by the Random, her body is unstable and can change in any way at any random given time, so she wears the experimental 'Armor of Order'
