I'm not sure if this will get read but if you are reading this, heya there and thanks for having a look at my profile. I'm Esme and trying this out with no idea of how it will go but hoping for the best. For the sake of being totally honest from the start, I am not female but male (He/him) and suffer from a condition known as Partial Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome, also call PAIS. It is a genetic Intersex condition that, despite me being 100% male in terms of genetics, has me develop femininely due to my body not responding to testosterone in development. This has a range of symptoms that I am happy to explain if you have questions but for the sake of summary, it makes me look and sound feminine/like a girl, despite not being a girl or having girl bits. Obviously this is something that I know will be an instant, "no!" to a lot of people and it's still something I'm getting used to but if you can look past it, I'd love to get to know you.

I am more than my condition and though it shapes me a lot, I do have personality aside from that and so, I think it's safe for me to say that I am a quiet but smiley person. I am a huge nerd in terms of gaming, boardgames, wargames, RPGs, conventions, books and all the rest and a lot of these outlets have been like friends to me for a long time. I am a history student, studying in the US for at least a year but originally from the UK. Studying takes most of my time, go to dance class, run and also volunteer at the churches I go to.
