@Lilnonames oh! You said the water heater exploded. Not the pipes leading to the water heater.
Big difference there. Because water heaters as well can explode. Have had that happen a few times.
Yeah. That's a water utilities problem. They will have to come out for that.

@Lilnonames big pain to replace a water heater.
Exploded pipe easy. Especially if you are even more hick and have a well.
Turn off the electricity to the well pump, then you have no water pressure.
