Possible to have more peace? Yes.
To have absolutely no conflict? No.
The only choice is to try, however.
Life is change. Everything is changing. So to not change will never happen.
Stagnancy is no life! No life, no conflict. Change, however, will still happen though. So change abhores a stasis, aka stagnancy.
This doesn't matter if the life is human or not!
Everytime a virus or bacterial invades anything, there is no peace. No matter what type of life.
Yet in changing life continues. The life fights off the virus or bacteria.
To have absolutely no conflict? No.
