They captured Jamie Lloyd five years ago and took her uncle just the same, they needed to hide him now and protect him, since they didn't wanted to lose him. He was too valious for the cult.

It was a rainy night and Michael was caught inside a dark room, there were days in which a couple of men talked to him, specially Dr. wynn. He was the one who was used to talk with the shadow inside that room, he asked things, never getting an answer back.
He also said about making Jamie to get pregnant, so they will be able to continue with the curse's ritual on keep killing family members. And he also said, that would be the final sacrifice. Michael turned his face to see him, always in silence. His arms and legs were chained to a wall. But on his mind, that idea wasn't good at all. He loved every family member he had, specially his niece. Obviously he didn't wanted tu hurt her but that damn curse... That damned rage he felt inside, he couldn't control it sometimes.

Wynn after a couple of minutes decides to leave the place, leaving Myers all alone in there, as always. Michal looked at his hands, he wanted to free himself, he knew Jamie was close and being caught just like him around the place, the man was wondering what was she doing or what was she feeling inside now. He tried to connect with her on his freaking mind, but he never had a sight from her. Even though he knew, on her side was different and that she could see when he killed people, by example.
