Well. I ask you what your designation is, because I was in the U S Navy Seabees. I was with MCB 133 which is headquartered in Gulfport MS.

You grew up exactly where I would love to live. I’ve always wanted to visit Maine.
Yes, I was spear fishing. I speared ling cod and collected halibut, lobster, scallops, and abalone. Left most other types as those are my favorite. Abalone season is closed permanently for awhile. I only speared what I like and what I could eat without freezing. I line caught salmon and albacore.
The shark clip was an organized dive. In front of us, the dive master was feeding the sharks, that is why all the action by the sharks. The sharks are Caribbean Reef Sharks. There length get to about 19 feet. They are not aggressive.

The whales are Humpback and Blue Whales. Some live in Monterey Bay year around.

On occasion we will see a pod of killer whales. It is a beautiful area.

Yup. As of 1 Feb I'll be reserve. And, as you know, that leaves my path back to active duty a little more open in case I decide I want that.
Maine it's awesome, but my heart is on Cape Cod. I know to you it's probably all just "New England" which is true but there are differences.

I wish you luck in the real world. Being in the service with all the changes, restrictions and demands must be a new experience that is not a positive one. So much for politics. I took the oath and will stand by it at all costs.
I only have a desire to visit Maine not to stay. It is too cold.
I like California, I live in San Jose, because of the weather. The problems here are senseless and the pendulum will swing the other way, I’m looking forward to it.
