I Admire Artists

No, it isn’t aliens that built the incredible buildings, schools, churches, malls, structures, and homes throughout the world.

It is people. Think of the incredible architecture and artistry found on the East. Think of the most majestic buildings you’ve seen here in the United States. Have we ever stopped to actually think about that? Have we ever sat in our homes and thought about the people who built it? Wherever you are, here, in Africa, Europe, South America, or Asia... think about the construction people that built the shelter of this world.

Are these people celebrated as the talented, hard-working, INTELLIGENT, dare-devils, internally strong people that they are? Most of the credit goes to the construction companies, the engineers, but not the ones that do the dirty work.

I was walking the other day, looking at beautiful homes around me and I thought, “These construction builders are the fastest, most amazing ARTISTS alive who will go anonymous, whose names are never to be found in history books or in halls of fame.”

Intelligent, yes, who has the first clue in how to build a house? And not just do it one day. But do it day in and day out, every day, in all weathers, without recognition, praise, or fame.

Maybe we should go around interviewing and taking pictures of these elite artists, then have them go to galas where they get to dress up and their names are engraved in a plaque as Michael Angelo or Picasso. Where being recognized as a “construction worker” is of the most prestigious and celebrated occupations, where most of us couldn’t last a DAY in the streets, without the efforts of all these great construction builders throughout the world in the past, present, or future.

They are a new source of inspiration to me now, ever since two weeks ago this thought dawned on me. The brave, unrecognized, highly intelligent, detailed, speedy artists I could ever fathom, who don’t thrive through clapping hands or flashing cameras, but are driven from the inside!

Really and who taught THEM? Well tell ME? Because it just didn't pop up in their heads over night.

@Abbenthewarwolf Yeah, who taught them? Actually doing it is the intense part thought, right? But yeah who teaches these guys how to build? I was wondering that myself.
