I rather have someone be honest than to sugarcoating and lying to me.

Don’t lie to me to protect my feelings. I don’t appreciate that at all. Tell me the truth, even if it hurts. Don’t tell me what I want to hear. I can’t be friends with people that always tell me what I want to hear because they’re too selfish to tell their loved ones the truth to help them see the bigger picture. To put it bluntly, for my opinion people that always tell me or anybody else what they want to hear only care about themselves and make themselves feel better and their loved ones have it worse. No. I’m one of those people that tells you what you NEED to hear, even if you won’t like it. Just saying.
If you really love or care about someone, BE HONEST.
