I Tend to Isolate Myself

It's been weeks since the last time I saw my friends... And it's always the same because I tend to isolate myself from everyone. I've just gone out to have lunch/dinner and to attend my Portuguese classes. Dats it.

Hey, I'm sure you've heard this before but, being alone doesn't mean that you are lonely. Maybe try pushing these boundaries you've set for yourself and try interacting with others. Set small goals and make plans to hang out maybe? :)

@orangezebras: yeah, I have... But thank you! I have a very small group of friends and sometimes it's doesn't even seem like I want to see them. It's like I wouldn't care, idk it's frustrating. and even when I'm the one who isolates myself, I always end up feeling rejected, lonely. But thank you! I'll keep that in mind and make it work!🙇🏻💜
