I Tend to Isolate Myself

Definitely prefer being alone to being out in the world, but being by myself usually leads to a total disconnect from everything and everyone until I haven’t left my house for days and can’t even remember what day it is.

I went into isolation for 2 years
It can be very unhealthy
And I am blessed I had an income
Hard to pull off if you need to work
I was once an entertainer ,,
it was hard going back out in public
