I heard from a reliable source that I will be hired as a permanent employee at my job in August

Which is great news. I'm just a temp right now, which means I don't have insurance through this job yet. Once hired, I will have insurance and be able to use it to get the carpal tunnel surgery that I have been needing for a year now. 🙏🏻 I will also get vacation time, which means I can probably visit an out of state friend I've been dying to meet in person! 😉
