I Feel Overwhelmed By Life

I need to be brutally honest . im a complete mess .. So completely overwhelmed with everything i cant see straight. I feel complete hopelessness . i just cry :(

If things are that bad then perhaps you should take someone's help. Family or friends or anybody else. U need to reach out to other. Online people can try to help but that would be in a very limited manner bcoz of distance. Have some hope and sit with someone share your problems and see if something gets sorted out.

@Sassygirl42 It happens when we are going through too much but still it doesn't mean that it will always be same. Keep fighting for your happiness and be hopeful. Sure we have a lot of negative things to influence us but there are a lot of positive and beautiful things too to guide us towards light and help us to find out happiness.
