I Enjoy Food and Cooking

As you know I cook for a really large family! Today we had cod. I bought it in Tesco. Fillets of cod from the Barents Sea. Skin on. I make a Béchamal sauce with fresh parsley to cover the fish. And vegetables like broccoli and asparagus.
