I Enjoy Food and Cooking
I've been trying to cook more lately. Eating out is expensive, and cheap stuff like ramen and Stouffer's is probably pretty bad for you. So I've been trying to cook using fresh ingredients at home more often. Sometimes it goes well... other times, not so much 馃槗
Some stuff is easy enough, like pasta. It's really hard to mess that up. And I've been experimenting with making my own sauce or adding extra ingredients to the pasta sauces you can buy at the store.
I want to learn how to make some of the foods that were staples of my childhood home. Planning to ask my mama about them when I see her again 馃槉 She makes an amazing mole negro sauce that I definitely need to ask her the recipe for. I doubt she has them written down though.
