I think I must've been an Italian mother in a previous life... I absolutely love cooking for and feeding my family and friends.

I think I've always harboured a dream of having my own wee cafe somewhere.

I love to cook as well
Meals I cook all day long ,and see empty serving platers in 15 min ,,no one talking ,just stuffing their faces .
I have one daughter ,her man is always to busy to go anywhere with her
But if she say "Dads going to feed us " he is here with bells on
Dad ,how did you prepare that ,,I know you have experience but I wish I could make that for her ,she brags her Dad is the best cook anywhere ,,come on Dad you can't take those secrets with you
Its not a secret ,,it can't be done fast ,,that roast was marinated all night ,started in the oven all day on low heat and now its on the grill for smoke flavor
Its not done thinking you can do this quick

Those old Italian Moms and Grandma's can tell you
There is nothing quick or simple about her sauces
