I Wish My Brain Would Learn To Relax

Last week, my district sales manager took me out for coffee. I had been severely stressed from work the last past several months. This career path is the most highly pressured and stressful job ba<x>sed on my past experiences. She got me a Buddha Board to learn to "let go" of stress. I've used it a couple times, and it has been helping. Nonetheless, I still feel very much on edge. I'm currently trying to focus more on my health and want it at the most highest priority. I'm proud to say I've been eating better and been doing walks since the year started. The walks have been put on hold due to severe rainy weather, very foreign for where I live. I'm determined to get back on track!

Client issues left and right. I'm trying not to get upset and overly stressed. I need to pass it down to someone who can truly help and let it go.

I'm tired right now. I just want to cook something warm and soothing. Wrap myself under the covers. Snack and eat...

Consider trying yoga, it should help relax the body and mind. A good short term relief of stress is 'Rescue Remedy', it is a homeopathic preparation available in most chemist shops. A few drops when necessary is all you need and it does work.

that's an excellent idea! for the last past several weeks, I've been running on the treadmill. even if I have sooo much stuff still to do, I've made time to get some energy out of me. I miss doing yoga. it's been a few years since I've done it.

I think this is just how modern life is for many people...we have too much we want to achieve...to much choice for our recreation...too much of everything...how do we pick what is right for us
