I Believe In Following Your Heart

Ever since leaving my husband 2 weeks ago, my resting heart rate has gone from 95/100 to 75.

I guess mine is in range. I never ask. But I do ask, when I go, if my blood sugar is in range and they always say yes. But that is only because I've been thick and I don't want diabetes.
