I Am Worried

I feel like a real loser at my job. I'm a reporter and I send my editor my drafts and he keeps sending them back to me asking for revisions and what he prefers to have in the article instead of the angle I'm getting at. I get it, it's his job but he always rewrites my work anyways no matter what I send him. Last night, he told me how frustrated he was that he spent hours revising my article. And for another story I did, he didn't like the pictures I took. He just makes me feel like I'm incompetent for the job and I'm scared that he'll fire me the more I disappoint him. I really need this job so that I can get published experience.
