I Am a Diabetic On An Insulin Pump

I was talking to my nephew tonight. Sometimes I get so upset about needing an insulin pump. And calculating the carbs I am going to eat and typing into my handset while my food gets cold. And I feel I just want to die. And then I think that less than 100 years ago I would have died.
