I Dont Know What to Do With My Life

I'm at a standstill that I can't get out of . It feels like I just do not have any motivation for anything . I'm just wasting my life not helping myself . I don't know what direction to turn to and I'm feeling numb . Everything negative in life has made me this way . It made me not care .

What I did when all i saw was darkness everywhere is start very small with positive things. Being depressed was more comfortable to me than being happy. I had to work hard to find the positives. Maybe it was the sun in the sky one day. We would be totally screwed if it didn't rise and set. The next day maybe a cute commercial. It hard but if you look for happiness you will find it. Medication can help sometimes too.

I try to enjoy life and I'm not totally depressed I'm just going through life , that's life you know ? @morrgin

Its not a good feeling that's for sure , and people cant understand what you go through, it happens if people have anxiety or depression , maybe see if you can get help don't let it destroy your life.

@SW-User That's good then I know what your going through as I suffer from PTSD and it can be a struggle , can only hope things get better for you
