I Dont Know What to Do With My Life

I'm starting to think not knowing what to do with my life for so long has resulted in being placed in doing something with my life that I did not choose for myself. I always thought I had a choice and to an extent I still do. I never wanted the unpaid job I have now but since no one else is around and since it appears I have nothing else to do the job has fallen to me.

Caregiving. I feel so guilty because I don't want to make the person I'm taking care of feel bad. No one likes to feel like a burden especially when it comes to things like bodily functions. I thought they were sending me a nurse but I guess the process takes time.
