I Am Very Unhappy With My Life

I took a break away from SW and obviously I thought that keeping to myself would be healthier for my mental well being but sadly it didn't even help my case. 😓😢

Guys I'm so unhappy and deprived that I'm literally sick.I have stress headaches, I've gained weight, I have nausea and indigestion typically everyday. I take meds, I've talked to counselors and now I've lost all courage. I've done all that I could but as of now I'm lost. I need help!
