Where are the global warming people at?

@MrBrownstone That is about the *average* global temperature rising, which it is; but that doesn't mean it will be warmer on a given day in a given place, and the changes in weather patterns might mean some places are cooler.
And the seemingly small change is misleading...a few degrees C over the ENTIRE planet represents a HUGE amount of energy.
