Can I pass through an airport with 20 cell phones?

I wouldn't attempt that but I been thinking about it. I read that you are allowed up to 4 phones only but I don't know how accurate that is.

Also the concern here is that they can be used for terrorism specially old ones or at least that's how they see it in my country and probably others too.

Also I'm a phone collector so it's just a hobby.

@PiecingBabyFaceTogether i'm picking on you because i actually have like 15 phones sitting in a drawer. i keep them because i want to fix them and get the photos off of them and maybe sell them. but i never do and they just sit there. it's been years ahahahha
