I Drank Absinthe

SO todays cocktail was 1 ounce of Green Fairy and 5 ounces of water with 2 sugar cubes. It was a bit more bitter than the first time i made a 1/3 ounce cocktail with one sugarcube. I think from now on it needs to be a 1/3 as it was a bit more bitter than i expected. I figured the 2 cubes would have dissolved evenly and given the same taste. i also didn't shake the absinthe before i poured.
