I Am Tired, So Very Tired

It is not a ground breaking feeling. It doesn’t motivate like fear or guilt. It doesn’t drive you to suicide... It is just there. A negative.. and it makes me impatient with my family and sad because I have no energy and feel like no one understands me. I have Hashimoto. I know, it sounds like Sushi.

maybe what you have is a slight case of depression
I go to the word of God when it tries to overtake me ,
Put on uplifting music ,watch nothing that makes me feel anxious ,get some sunshine and fresh air and do not entertain any negative thoughts
Some take meds ,they put me in the bed
Some drink and get high only to find its a band aid you need more and more of that leads to addiction that makes the depression not seem so bad ,
We all handle it in different ways
My way works for me because I know God expects a few things from me too
The people I know who say God failed them ,,said they prayed and that was it
Is that kind of like putting seed on the ground ,and expecting a crop ?
I study and soon my mental and physical pain is gone
the depressed feeling is gone
others have said it works for them too
but others swear by drinking and drugs ,guess its all up to you and what you have faith in

I’m sorry. It really sucks, and I understand. I am tired all the time too. I don’t have Hashimoto’s, but I have hypothyroidism.

@Writer It's usually that age group here who feels no one understands them or their issues. Irrelevant. I was curious. If the people in your life won't educate themselves re: autoimmune disorders then maybe you can educate them with the facts.It could really get them off your case.
