When been at-home-in-you. Then how the world is, is, won't sway the anchor that is you, in you.
Self improvement - been complete with you, with life. Does not mean it all looks good and uplifting. To be complete, is been with it all as it is, with nothing to change or be remorseful about.
1. Forgive yourself for the stupid stuff you have done.
2. Forgive family or friends that have hurt you, intentionally or not.
3. Let past events stay in the past. If you still mull over in your mind about old hurts/events, then your old baggage is wearing you down.
Daily meditation can help, help to let go, those old actions/stuff or should have or should not's holding you back from self freedom.
