I Hate Cramps

This never happened before. Like when I eat sweets sometimes, I get cramps. I'm 29 going to be 30 next month. What is going on with me? Is it diabetes? I am currently 326lbs. I am 5'11 tall.
When I was younger, I never had cramps eating junk food. I don't understand. Is it because I'm getting old. I'm still cramping. Or maybe it's my period coming.
