I Hate Cramps

Man I wouldn’t wish this on anyone shit is the worst .. im def upping my dosage on my BC pills .. because I can’t deal yet i tell myself all the time when I want kids I want to have a natural birth hmm ... also any tips on what foods to eat during this time
