I Experience Spooky Goings On

When I first moved into my flat, I used to hear footsteps in the one above only no one was living there at the time. A neighbour told me the previous occupants used to see an apparition of a man and lived there for about twelve years before moving. It has only had two other occupants so far and both have moved away but I don't take any notice of the footsteps now, they are almost comforting in a weird kind of way in knowing that someone who may have once lived there perhaps had a fond connection for the place.
