I Was Changed By Motherhood
I am almost there, my due date is on the second week of September ..cesarean… oh boy I don’t know how it will go but am trying my best to just stay calm till am over it… and Yes I will get over it..
I have been planning for all the things that I want to get done once I am fully recovered…. Starting with losing the weight and eating healthy.
Been doing so much research on healthy meals which are prepared in advance, I already bought small containers for my meals and a lot of calming teas.. I know Ill need that if I am going to have sleepless nights..
My hubby is taking off work the first week to help out, and my mom will be coming over as well as an old friend of mine.. I remember struggling with my first child, felt the world is ending and my life is over.. Sleepless nights and nonstop crying while breastfeeding… I wasn’t prepared for that and had no one to help make the transition easier… was a hormonal disaster.
So this time it will be different hopefully, because I do have a plan.
Downloaded a diary app on my phone where I have been putting all the things that I am planning to get done later on as a support to myself, I have even written down weekly plans like the food am going to have and how many mints to walk till the 6th week, or lets say till I get the green light to start working out.
Good thing that my first son is going to nursery, which means I wont worry much about him and the new baby will probably sleep most of the day.
I wonder if I will be able to breastfeed this time, as in my first child my milk supply just stopped on the 3rd month, don’t know why.
Yes, I am close to the end.. I will be lighter… and lose the weight, will go back to being sexy like I once was… I CAN DO IT ! and my Up band is fully charged when I get to start…
Might as well post my weight and sizes every week..
