It's unfortunate that you suffer from that condition. I know a couple of people that are "night owls" and they adjust their lives around their energy level. Try to communicate and explain what you are going through with your family. If they understand your condition they could help you with some of the anxiety your facing.
My kid is like that. Took a third shift job. She likes it. 4pm to 2:30am

Get an afternoon job.My kid takes afternoon classes in college.High school was awful but she graduated.She has now gotten into a better pattern.Excercize and meditation helped her.She tried everything before,too.
