I Hate Smoking
What is wrong with smokers who flick cigraette from the vehicle while driving? Why can't these morans keep it in the vehicle and dump in a garbage as oppose to littering flicking on the road..

To be clear - I smoke...I'm foolish and that was my choice....If I choose that poison - that's my cross to bear, and mine alone - no-one else should have to pay. And definitely NOT the planet.
It annoys me that I can't buy 'just tobacco'....with no chemicals. It's not fair that I can't even grow my own. But to throw away your deathstick and leave it to the wind - is DELIBERATE ignorance.
I hate rubbish too - I've studied Marine Biology to a degree - you see what cruelty rubbish delivers to marine life. I've lived in the Bush and seen that a broken once of glass can start a fire, all on it's own - a cigarette even more so. My job involves Horticulture - and a cigarette butt can take 10years to biodegrade - and even then - the chemicals it held are now in the soil.

@BoobooSnafu good for you. Human beings have becoms utterly selfish and just want more, more and more...and i say WTH...think about giving back a little... one day may be i would join greenpeace. I beleive therr is going to be a time when human race will face this fact we are shit of luck and lets go back to stone age since more oil left to suck out and no more plastics.

I absolutely agree. Something flammable can be thrown from your car, lit, and yet I can throw a candy wrapper out and get fined. (Not like I've done this before). Doesn't make sense. That's like drinking a beer and dumping the empty can out of the window. Crazy. Keep your trash off all kinds with you and don't liter!

@aaaabbbb despite up to fairly recently being a smoker, I do understand your frustration. I have ridden motorcycles all my life, on 3 occasions stray cigarette ends have ended up in my open helmet, it's not pleasent at all.
@SW-User oh boy. I was lucky i didnt have one of little ones in the vehicles as it would landed right in his or her lap.

@Penny not all of them some may be, however, most have foam filters and even if it has paper it is still littering on the road just throwing my junk for someone else to pick up. And considered littering. Whether on a highway or city street or side walks.
I receintly told couple of adults to go smoke somwhere else smocking in a public park near little kids. (Public parks are "NO smoking" places.
