I Hate Alarms

Whenever I hear any phone alarm I automatically wince because it reminds me of waking up so I got an actual clock alarm that is so loud it sounds like a freaking school bell so I have to get up before I die because my family can hear it throughout the house and will kill me if I don't shut it off :/
